MAMSAR GROUP OF COMPANIES is composed of three complementary corporations which work hand-in-hand to cater to the group’s various projects, from horizontal projects such as airports, piers, bridges, etc. to mining operations. It was founded in Iligan City and has since been involved in various projects throughout the entire Philippines, with a satellite office in Makati City.

The mother company and construction arm of the group, MCIC is a Triple AAA General Contractor specializing in horizontal projects including, but not limited to, piers, airports, bridges, roads, etc.
4K DEVELOPMENT CORP.
The logistics arm of the group, 4K is involved with mining, and has been an operator or contractor for various tenements since 2008.
zeman marine & logistics
The shipping arm of the group, Zeman manages the barges and tugboats for the benefit of MCIC and 4K projects.
